To maintain our positive, family community at Triple Threat, we have adopted three essential codes of conduct for all of our collaborators. These "Triple C's" are meant to foster unity, build community, and create long lasting friendships within our productions.

We were created to be creators. We are all artists with talents and abilities that are meant to be used and celebrated. We do not criticize the gifts that others have been given because to do so would be to criticize what God gave them.

Everyone is casted in a place where they can grow and develop. We do not compete with each other over roles but work together to make each other better artists. A show with winners and losers is a losing show. A show where all creators work together to succeed will never fail.

Our community sees the immeasurable value of each person. Every person warrants love, respect, and a place in our family. No one is outside of our circle.
