The Triple Threat Experience

So you've registered for one of our programs. Congratulations! We are very excited to have you with us. Doing theater is a privilege that we never want to take for granted and doing it with you is an honor. Consider us extremely grateful for letting us devote some hours to working with your child on theater arts.

What should I know before the program starts?

  • First and foremost, please make sure you check your "promotions" and "spam" folder to see if our emails are going there. Our emails sometimes find their way there and parents miss important information from us.
  • Pay your invoice! The invoices are deposits for tuition payment for the program you chose. These deposits hold your place in the program. They fill very quickly so not paying the invoice could jeopardize your place in the program.
    • Do I have to pay a deposit if I'm on a waitlist? No! We only send deposits to families who are not currently on the waitlist. Students on the waitlist are not sent deposits unless a spot opens up for them.

  • Check out our auditions page before the program starts. This page will be updated a month or so before the program starts. Auditions can be very nerve wracking for students. We do the best we can to keep the experience positive and encouraging but being prepared beforehand is the best way to build your child's confidence. Go over it with your child to best prepare for the auditions!
  • Consider getting some tuition sponsors! Grandparents, aunts, uncles, and local businesses all like the opportunity to support their favorite students and can purchase ads to either promote their business or congratulate cast members. Ads can cover some of your outstanding tuition for the program. Visit our ad submissions page for more information!

What about when the program starts?

  • Remember that tuition is due at auditions. We can take cash or a check at this time. We have looked into using contactless payments but we have been hesitant to use it because of the added fees. We like to keep camp affordable for you!
  • What to bring daily: We ask that each camper bring a water bottle, a snack, their script, and a pencil for taking notes.
  • What happens each day? Well....a lot! A typical day will include a short lesson on some element of performance, vocal warmups and rehearsals, staging, and choreography. It is our goal to keep every student engaged as much as possible! They should be coming home tired but excited for the next day

  • Lunch:  It's a scientific fact that no one is happy when they skip lunch, so remember to pack a nutritious lunch.  Please pack a lunch that cannot create a mess.  *We are asking that campers pack their own utensils and a lunch that does not need to be heated.* Thank you!
  • Be ready to help! We need your help to make this show happen. Some emails will be sent out asking to borrow various props, bring costume pieces for the student, or any other special request. We rely on parent support to keep our tuition fees low so please help us if you can!
  • Bring a basket, box, or bin that we can use to store costume pieces for your child. This is the best way for us to organize our costumes!
  • Don't forget to get those ads/shout outs in! Kids love seeing their loved ones cheering them on in a slideshow before the performance begins.

What should I know after?

Give us some feedback! We love to hear how we can improve the experience of our programs. Your ideas can be very helpful to us!

Lookout for pre-registration emails. As a thank you for attending one of our programs, you can pre-register for next year's program if you wish to. General registration fills up quickly so this is an opportunity for you to sign up without having the stress of the waitlist!
